I am a retired U.S. Navy veteran, Jamaican-American actor, author, entrepreneur, and storyteller. After proudly serving 24 years in the military, I embarked on a new chapter dedicated to inspiring, entertaining, and empowering others through the arts.

As a 10-time author, actress, and creative entrepreneur, I have built a platform centered around resilience, faith, personal growth, and authentic storytelling. My work has allowed me to connect with audiences through film, television, books, interviews, podcasts, and live events.
